Recipe: Baked Noodles with Spinach, Yoghurt

An unusual combination of noodles and curds, all mixed together and baked, this is one quick, easy and tasty dish to conjure up.

The dish is usually a little sour, but if you like it otherwise then add a pinch of sugar!

Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups cooked spaghetti, 2 cups blanched and chopped spinach, 1/2 cup finely chopped onions, 1/2 cup hung curd, 3/4 cup grated processed cheese, 1/4 cup plain flour, 2 tsps oil, salt and black pepper powder to taste.

Method:
Heat the oil in a pan, add the onions and saute till they turn translucent. Keep aside. Combine spaghetti, spinach, onions, curds, cheese, plain flour, salt and pepper in a bowl. Mix well. Layer the mixture in a baking dish. Sprinkle cheese on top and bake in a pre-heated oven at 200°C (400°F) for 20 minutes. Serve hot.
